Blood, Ink, and Herb
After winning her first game, Sandra’s tattoos started to change and fade. A thin, twisting figure that faded and faded, into the negative of a snake. Her tattoos begin to fade and whiten in places. It wraps around her arm, looping through where thumb meets index, the head resting in her palm near the corner of the cross. While she is healing others, the black outlines of the snake change from black, slowly shifting to a blood red.

The Sons of Salem is a loosely-organized conservative populist movement in the United States that preaches violent opposition to anything they perceive as witchcraft, demonic, or monstrous.
Blowhard podcaster Ted Gundy and former general of the mercenary group “Hognose,” Roland Rush, founded the movement in 2010 after a series of violent werewolf attacks and unexplained, supernatural murders in Tennessee. Memberships grew quickly, stoked by Ted’s fiery doomsday rhetoric on his podcast "Truth Seekers" and the aspiration of the masculine power embodied by Roland.
Although they speak of duty, honor, and maintaining the “natural order” of things, the Sons of Salem are driven by fear. They collect guns and appear at protests en-masse as a way of easing the all-consuming terror of their powerlessness. At the same time, they have conditioned themselves to respond to fear with “strength” (read: violence).

In order to be a good doctor in a less good environment, you have to be good. Not just good, but really good, especially if you hope to acquire any street cred. Lucky for Athena, she knows a lot about the occult and about the human body- perhaps too much, really, and she seems very blase about the work. As if it really didn't seem all that difficult to her.

- Pursuant to the drug rules, all drugs take a minimum time to take effect, depending on the method of dosing.

Working as a doctor in Goshen Indiana isn't an easy job, especially when you're running the clinic at cost in order to ensure the nearby gangs are on your side before they're on anyone elses. Gideon's gotten damn good at it though, and so long as he's given motivation outside of the free clinic these talents can really shine. That said, if your check bounces the psychically attuned stitches keeping your stomach in one piece might just unstitch.
You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using Scalpel to gain the benefits of this Effect.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Hippocratic Oath: You must roll self control to leave any unstabilized wound unstabilized..

- In-Network Coverage: Any rolls to provide medical treatment to Paying customers (at least 2000 dollars), including Effect activations, receive +2 dice.
- Perfect Dosage: When dosing a creature, you can intuitively control the dose based on desired effect. Dosages do not have to be carefully measured and prepared ahead of time. The full dose (syringe, pill, etc) is still used up.
- Take-Backsies: You may spend a Free Action to revert any Health Effect you used on another being within the past 24 hours.
- Pursuant to the drug rules, all drugs take a minimum time to take effect, depending on the method of dosing.

Cleric Class
"Clerics channel the power of their faith in a cause or higher being into potent magic."
Whenever Teri wishes to heal someone through medical techniques, he may take out a Cleric Class card and speak the name of the card "Cleric Class." When he does so, the Cleric Class card glows a bright golden yellow and floats above the victim-to-be-treated. Under this light and its guiding invisible hands, Teri can properly treat anyone without worries of making it worse nor adverse effects from unsanitary conditions.

Most severe injuries occur far from a facility that could treat them, and in the fetid muck of the battlefield even minor wounds may be a death sentence. Luckily the soldier is well-trained in the use of their standard-issue medical kit. They may stabilize even the most severe injuries with a little gauze and some no-anesthetic stitching. Furthermore, the treated wounds of their comrades never get infected.
