Dedicating countless hours of his life to achieve this ideal, Bryan's cognitive abilities have reached new heights, allowing him to view situations from a multitude of angles and recall information from a variety of fields.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Intellect rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Intellect (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Delusions of Grandeur: As one of the world's greatest minds and greatest artists, you believe yourself to be the very best, superior to anyone else you meet. You must succeed a Self-Control roll in order to believe something or take an action which contradicts this delusion and Opportunist: You are always looking for opportunities to gain more status, power, fame, etc. Whenever there is the potential to receive a considerable amount of compensation or reward for your work, you must succeed a Self-Control roll in order to resist shamelessly pursuing the opportunity.
You also gain the following effects:
- Multithreaded: Instead of being unable to take Actions while maintaining Concentration, you may now take Actions at a -2 dice penalty. You may maintain Concentration from two different Effects, but you are unable to take Actions when doing so.
- Never Forget: You have a perfect photographic memory, and can recall or recreate even complex and detailed things. If you forget something you had previously seen or noticed, you may ask the GM and they will remind you.
- Prodigy: Whenever you witness someone get an Outcome of 6 or higher, or someone demonstrates an Ability with the intent of teaching you, you may Exert your Mind. If you do, rolls using that Ability use their rating instead of your own for the next day.
- Sheer Willpower: You may Exert your Mind up to three times per Round, including multiple times for each roll.
- Being Injured or interrupted in some way can still break your Concentration.
- When you exert multiple times, if you have the Enhancement Push Through It, the lingering Outcome bonus is limited to +1.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

It’s the home of everything from marketplace goods and bespoke commissions to task fulfillment and transportation services. Some whisper about less-than-legal deals being available on a 'dark web' version of Offr.com. The company denies these claims."
Sooner or later, all Contractors receive an invitation to join Offr Red, the secret membership tier. Offr Red members gain access to exclusive high-confidence, anonymous services. They can sell extraordinary items to Offr or put them up for auction for other Offr Red members to bid on. Crafty Contractors rejoice!
On rare occasions, Offr can even make deals to tie up pesky Loose Ends. However, they always demand a special favor in return.

The Cybernetic wiring pulses and glows slightly purple as the wiring redirects her brain's neurons into the wiring to process information much quicker.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Cybernetic Wiring on the side of your head.
Your Intellect rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Intellect (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Wait For Your Moment: You may take your Action on the turn of anyone who has a lower Initiative than you. If you do, you receive +2 dice to that roll.
- If your Cybernetic Wiring on the side of your head is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

While not exactly one that expresses it, Kane is extremely intelligent and educated. Being imbued has perhaps exaggerated these traits a bit.

- Push Through It: When you Exert your Mind to ignore Stress and gain +1 to your Outcome, it lasts for 3 Rounds.

Enhanced Synapses
The crown jewel of a custom nervous system
Oleg has applied his deep understanding of physiology and source magic to develop the Enhanced Synapses power. By creating a tailored mutagen and custom reagents, Oleg forces his brain to undergo targeted evolution, accelerating his cognitive functions. This power sharpens his ability to process vast amounts of information at incredible speeds, allowing him to analyze, synthesize, and understand complex concepts far faster than a normal human. Currently, his focus is on information processing, but as the evolution progresses, he expects significant improvements in memory retention, deductive reasoning, and other critical cognitive abilities. This is the crown jewel of his nervous system modifications—an augmentation that not only enhances his mind but sets the stage for further intellectual advancements.

- Never Forget: You have a perfect photographic memory, and can recall or recreate even complex and detailed things. If you forget something you had previously seen or noticed, you may ask the GM and they will remind you.
- Push Through It: When you Exert your Mind to ignore Stress and gain +1 to your Outcome, it lasts for 3 Rounds.
- Quick Thinking: Any Intellect rolls other than Power activations are made as Free Actions. You get +2 dice to all Initiative rolls.
- Wait For Your Moment: You may take your Action on the turn of anyone who has a lower Initiative than you. If you do, you receive +2 dice to that roll.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
Mind over matter
She may not be strong. She may be small and not able to fight off much, but with her mind, she can solve anything.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Intellect rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Intellect (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
- Remarkably Self-Aware: You may roll Intellect at Difficulty 6 to “scan” yourself for abnormalities. With Outcome 1-3, any outside influences on your thoughts/mind will be detected, as well as Traumas. With Outcome 4+, you may Exert your Mind to cancel the Effect. One attempt per Effect.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

You also gain the following effects:
- Brilliant Deduction: You may spend five minutes pondering an enigma, puzzle, or mystery, and roll Intellect at Difficulty 8. Success will reveal a clue or other tidbit that you have otherwise missed. Limit once per enigma.
- Insufferable Know-It-All: Any social rolls you make are at +1 Difficulty, and if someone else can answer an informational question or solve a puzzle before you do, make a Trauma roll. The Difficulty of this Trauma roll cannot be reduced by any means.
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.
