Description

Using his Night Vision Scope, he views an item and finds all of it's flaws in design, improving on the design once he identifies the flaws. This is but a quick fix, and it even aggrivates those flaws immediately afterwards

System

Exert your Mind and work on the target Device for One Hour. It receives 3 extra dice to all actions taken with the intended application. This effect lasts for One Day.

This Power cannot be used on Armor, nor can it be used on Alien technology.

As always, dice bonuses to the same dice pool do not stack. Instead, the higher bonus is used.

Enhancements

Splice (You may splice two Devices together into one single Device when activating this Effect. The resulting object is the size of the larger Device and can be used to take any action you could take with either Device. Upgrade's dice bonus applies.)
Armorer (You may Upgrade a piece of Armor, increasing its Armor rating by half the extra dice amount. If an upgraded shield and armor are both worn, the upgrade bonus does not stack with itself.)
