Description

When consuming the flesh of the dead, Ghouls can sometimes gain fluency in languages known to those they have eaten. Unlike the scraps of memory they usually gain, maintaining such an intuitive block of information is fleeting at best, rarely lasting more than an day. A ghoul may attempt to facilitate this process by eating the tongue of the deceased, although any pound of flesh will do in a pinch.

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and select a target within 20 feet. The target may communicate in your language for 10 minutes.

You may only communicate with the sorts of targets that your "Commune" Enhancements allow. Without at least one "Commune" Enhancement, this Power is unusable.

Enhancements

  • Fluency (Instead of activating this Power, you passively possess the ability to communicate with any target covered by your "Commune" Enhancements. It is as if you, and only you, speak their language.)
  • Humans (You may communicate with humans who do not speak your languages.)

Drawbacks

  • Conditional (This Effect is only available when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that this Gift is unusable the majority of the time.)
    • Condition - Used Necrophage on someone who speaks the language
