Creatures that cannot perceive your pocket watch via sight cannot be targeted.
Choose a target within [[range]] who is looking at your pocket watch, begin swinging the watch back and forth, and make a contested Charisma + Performance roll. If successful, the target's full attention is directed at your swinging pocket watch for Outcome in days. They automatically fail any roll related to noticing anything other than you.
The effect ends early if the target receives an Injury or enters Combat. It also ends if you are unable to maintain your focus on them at any point during the event.
This does not affect their opinion of you or their mood, and they may take any Action while affected (including attacking), as long as that Action centers on you.
