Description

The Werewolf’s body, long caught in the crossfire between human and beast, has developed a powerful coping mechanism. It draws upon the conflict, healing severe injuries in a matter of days.

The owner of said body may grow overconfident or feel trapped by their difficulty dying. Risky behavior often follows.

System Passive

Any stabilized Injury heals quickly, reducing its severity by one level each time [[cool-down]] elapses. Therefore, if you have the cool-down parameter at level 1 (three days), and you have an Serious (4) Injury, it will drop to Threatening (3) in three days and be fully healed in 12 days. This power does not heal battle scars and cannot heal wounds caused by silver or the bodies of supernatural monsters.

If you are considering two courses of action, you are compelled to take the riskier choice and must roll Mind Difficulty 7 to take the safer approach.

You may Exert your Mind to stabilize any Injury.


Enhancements

  • Clotting (Any Injuries you receive are considered automatically stabilized and will not deteriorate further.)
  • Concealed (This Power is not obvious. Bystanders must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to determine the Power's Source and Target. You must still exhibit some tell that you are using it such as a small gesture, an intense stare, or a bloody nose.)

Drawbacks

  • Conditional (Only usable when a certain condition is met. This condition must be severe enough that the Power is unusable the majority of the time.)
    • Condition - Can not heal wounds caused by silver or the bodies of supernatural creatures (eg. Vampire fangs)
  • Maddening (Possession of this Power causes a Trauma that cannot be cured by any means. The chosen Trauma must be particularly dangerous and/or restrictive.)
    • Trauma - Compulsion to take risks. Roll Mind to take the less risky of two options you are considering.
