The time-twister presses a button on one of her wrist watches, and, in a flash of orange light, disappears. She has skipped 9 seconds forward in time. To her, the travel is instantaneous, but everyone else must wait until she reappears.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction to activate. You must actively and obviously use a clock or watch to activate this Effect.
You phase out of reality for 3 Rounds. During this time, you cannot perceive or affect the outside world or take any Actions. Nothing can interact with you in any way.
A red ethereal copy of the user is ripped out of the user and untangled into a bundle of red string, which weaves itself into the selected object. After which, said object will appear to have ethereal red strings weaved around it, forming almost flesh.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Inanimate target within arm's reach which could fit inside a rolling luggage bag (50 liters).
Your target will become Animated indefinitely. You may choose to end the effect at will, as a Free Action. You can maintain a max of 4 targets animated at once.

Kitty's mind is very dangerous to enter, and their fluids are a soul poison to creatures such as vampires.
This Effect activates whenever consumes your bodily fluids or a target enters your mind with magic. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Sapient target within arm's reach. “Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. Roll Perception + Alertness at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain phobia as a Trauma. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see a blinding flash of light and burning, and a powerful smell of burned hair.
The heart slows down to a halt, and then suddenly a loud thumping heartbeat is heard by those around and the user's eyes go bloodshot as the sudden adrenaline and epinephrine flow through their body, bringing them back to life.

If you would take an Injury that would kill you, you don’t die. Instead, you survive in an Incapacitated state. Your body leaves behind a token. You remain incapacitated until the following ritual is performed with the token: An embryo that which is left in a medium sized canister and watered every other day or so for approximately 28 days, after which Jason will reform from the embryo.
While Incapacitated, your only weakness is high intensity flames, and if you take Damage from it, you will die. Damage from other sources will still be dealt and can cause Battle Scars, but will only kill you if your body is destroyed completely. If your weakness is not immediately obvious, attackers may roll to discover it. After you return, the Injury that would have killed you, as well as any Injuries sustained while Incapacitated, are healed. Battle scars obtained during this time remain.

There's a certain strength that comes from displaying the flag of one's country. As long as the Soldier holding their country's flag or wearing something emblazoned with it, they are less likely to be injured in battle.

You have 4 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
The Psychic can, with great focus and mental strain, channel their will to move objects with their mind.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You can interact with things that are within 75 feet without needing to physically touch them or be near them. Any rolls made for Actions taken in this way use a Mental Strength of 2 in place of your Brawn rating, a Mental Agility of 2 in place of your Dexterity, and otherwise use your own Attributes and Abilities.
Telekinetic actions have the following restrictions and behaviors:
By slowing the hands of one of their watches, the time-traveler may interrupt and slow a target's movement through time. The target appears to be moving in slow motion for the duration.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use a watch or clock to activate this Effect. Roll Intellect + Science at Difficulty 7.
If you succeed, the target will suffer a dice penalty equal to the Outcome for the next 2 Rounds. Dice pools may be reduced all the way down to 0 by this penalty. This breaks Concentration.
You may activate this Effect as a Reaction to contest any Action a valid target is taking, reducing their Outcome by your own. Your command has no impact beyond disrupting their Action.
The doctor heals severe injuries in minutes using only standard medical supplies. Lacerations seal under the needle and thread, and reset bones can be used shortly after.
However, for the treatment to last, the patient must adhere to any aftercare regimen the doctor requires. Those who violate the doctor's orders suffer their injuries anew.
Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use basic medical supplies to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain. You may specify a specific condition that the patient must adhere to. If they break this condition, the treatment is immediately reversed. Record this regimen as a Condition.
