The Spirit’s Deflection

A 3 Gift Armor Power used by Grace Cyanide, created by lumiq.


The Spirit may protect Grace from most forms of attack with a form of deflection, such as swatting, catching, or taking over so Grace can retreat into their own head for Mental attacks.

As of now, fire would be a little too distracting for The Spirit to protect against, and she can’t keep up her deflections for too long. She’ll end up training herself against both of those, though.

System Passive

You have 2 Armor, which reduces incoming damage from physical attacks. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. Passive, always in effect.


  • Spectral Plate (Your Armor protects you against Injury from non-physical sources as well.)
  • Hardened Thoughts (Your Armor applies to Mind damage, reducing each instance to a minimum of 1.)


  • Achilles Heel (Your armor does not apply to a specific type of material or attack)
    • Weakness - Fire
  • Recharging Shield (Every time your Armor prevents damage, its rating in the Armor parameter is temporarily decreased by 1. Your rating in the Armor Parameter is restored if the shield does not prevent damage for two rounds.)
