Edgar seems to shrug off wounds easily, blood clots almost immediately, though deep wounds will remain for some time.
This process is hindered if the wounds inflicted by Acid - while Edgar's scabrous, dragon-infused flesh is resistant to flames, Acid will dissolve it beyond recovery
After swimming within the flesh of the Provider, Edgar's healing abilities have been wildly enhanced - however, the wounds itch, crawl, & visibly form tumors while healing: This can be maddening to the Ghoul, who will sometimes succumb to a desire to gnaw at the regenerating flesh, creating terrible scars.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Any Injury you receive from a source other than Acid heals quickly, reducing its Severity by one level every 10 minutes. Any Injuries you receive while this Effect is active do not deteriorate over time. However, any Battle Scars caused by such an Injury will remain unless it is Properly Stabilized as normal.
As long as at least half your body remains intact, you cannot die and remain at Incapacitated, regardless of how many Injuries you take. It is clear to observers that you are still alive.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Territorial.
Injuries you receive from Acid are increased in Severity by 1.
Spend an Action. Select a Living target within 45 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless must have eye contact. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, for the next minute, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by bowl loosening fear. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take may be extreme and out of character for them. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
When your target interacts with any valid target, they must roll Self-Control or be swept up in the same emotion. New targets pass it on as well, and so on, with the remaining duration decreasing by half until the chain stops.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
If any affected target takes or deals Damage, this Effect ends.
N/A
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is quadrupled.
If your last Action was used for an all-out sprint or you are already accelerated, you may spend an Action to accelerate without a roll, adding 250 feet/Round (not affected by your speed bonus) to your sprint speed, to a max of an extra 750 feet/Round. As long as you stay at these speeds, you may use this distance per Round as your Free Movement.
Any terrain you traverse while accelerated must be passable by a standard vehicle at similar speeds. Stopping, turning sharply, or decelerating more than 250 feet/Round must be performed as an Action. Failing to decelerate with an Action (whether because of an obstacle, sudden unfavorable terrain, an Injury, or other event) counts as a tumble or catastrophic vehicle collision as per the vehicle rules.
Outside of Combat, any non-Gift, non-movement Actions you attempt take drastically less time to complete, as long as your personal speed is a factor in the Action. Total time reduction is determined by the GM and capped at 90% (executing the Action takes no less than 1/10th the normal time).
While using this Effect, you are immune to collision damage, and any roll made to target you is made at +2 Difficulty.
While using this Effect, you may carry one other being without affecting your Encumbrance, so long as you maintain contact with them for the duration and they consent or are grappled.
When the arm is activated, it is not yet switched on. Simply a functional cybernetic arm painted orange and black, a handle positioned on the forearm. Once the switch is flipped, the chainsaw bursts forth, sterilized and prepared to kill.
Doctor John Klyzac had lost his arm when he'd gotten into a near fatal car accident. This had taken him out of his job, leaving him without help and guide. But when Primus had arrived, they offered him a deal
Give us medical service, go on contracts, and you get your arm and your job back.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You gain an additional limb that functions as a standard human arm and hand. Lasts two hours.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Your extra appendage can be used to attack in exactly the same manner as a Industrial Chainsaw (Greatsword).
You may turn this Effect on and off at will during its duration.
Your body provides you with the functionality of Surgeon's Tools. If used to attack, these "tools" use the same stats as a small knife.
Your Extra Appendage counts as an object and can be hacked or targeted by any Powers that affect objects or machines. Injuries to your Extra Appendage cannot be healed by Powers that affect living things but may be repaired during Downtime.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Hunger for Blood - When activating the switch on this power, make a Self Control roll. You must use it in some way shape or form to shed blood within the result's number of rounds (such as attacking someone or performing surgery). If you do not do this, you must make a trauma roll.
With the light of the candle for the fingertip of the Blue Fire Mage, the candle burns fast and bright and melts in a minute. As it does the wound and the heart of the mage also alight with blue flame, (but this flame burns in the spiritual realm, not the physical.) Blue candle for pains of the mind, and green for pains of the physical.
The duality of the Blue Flame allows for great versatility, this ritual allows the Blue Fire Mage to burn away the pains of this realm.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must use up Blue or Green tall colored candle. in order to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
As you center your focus on your own shadow, it begins to envelop you and bend the light creating an obscuring mirage. In the light this may appear like a heat shimmer. In darkness it may appear as swirling mists. The less light there is present to bend, the more successful the effect. Some rumors suggest practitioners that have mastered this technique can completely disappear from sight.
Wrapping oneself in shadows is mentally and physically draining. With increased training practitioners are able to withstand the effects without the taxing exhaustion. As with any gift that brings one closer to the void, extreme caution is advised lest they find themselves careening into the depths rather than skirting in the shallows.
During the duration of this technique, the user effectively does not cast a shadow, regardless of near by light sources.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You and any clothes or equipment you are wearing are partially obscured from sight for the next 10 minutes. All attempts to detect you using sight are rolled at a -3 dice penalty, and all attempts to detect you where sight would assist are rolled at -1 penalty.
Entering Combat or being Injured will end the Effect. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for 1 hour.
You may turn this Effect on and off at will during its duration.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
The Blademaster is so attuned to blades that they may manipulate any bladed object at a range simply by willing it. Observers see translucent spider-silk connecting the Blademaster's fingers to the blade, allowing them to puppet it.
You gain the following benefits as long as the target object has a cutting edge.
You can interact with things that are within 75 feet without needing to physically touch them or be near them. Any rolls made for Actions taken in this way use a Mental Strength of 2 in place of your Brawn rating, a Mental Agility of 2 in place of your Dexterity, and otherwise use your own Attributes and Abilities.
Telekinetic actions have the following restrictions and behaviors:
The doctor is a master at surgical transplantation. As long as they have a donor part, they can replace any permanent, lingering battle scars on their patient. Of course, the transplanted part doesn't always match, and the patient must be careful to follow the doctor's aftercare orders, or the replacement will be rejected.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must use up a donor body part matching the injured area in order to activate this Effect. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect. You may specify a specific condition that the patient must adhere to. If they break this condition, the treatment is immediately reversed. Record this regimen as a Condition.
Healing a Battle Scar in this way leaves behind a mismatched replacement on the target which cannot be healed.
The musician assumes a powerful stance and strums a mighty power chord on their guitar. A blast of sound waves radiate outwards, destroying all who dare face the power chord directly.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use your instrument to activate this Effect. The area within 25 feet of you immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of you with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4. Armor is fully effective against this Damage. If you botched the activation roll, you will also take full Damage from the blast, otherwise it will not hurt you.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
The Necromancer stands over a corpse and makes a series of grandiose lifting gestures. The corpse rises from the ground as though suspended by invisible strings, barks a pained groan, and lands on its feet, now a full-fledged member of the living dead.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action. You must use up a corpse in order to activate this Effect.
Summon a single zombie at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.

The quality and specificity of information gained depends on your Outcome.
Any information you gather is spoken aloud in conversation and made publicly available.
