Mothman can use straight twigs and string to create a simple 'doll' left in the woods. (A la the triangle wood things in blair witch)
Creepy on its own, Mothman closes his hands around it. The air around the sculpture vibrates with a tense pressure and fevered pitch, before releasing.
Chain of screaming, reduces by half for each additional target inflicted, when they 'interact' with another valid target, and i imagine hearing affected yell at them to warn their allies etc count as interacting.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to place a trap at your current location. Select an area where the trap can be triggered that is within 45 feet of the trap. This trap lasts until triggered or disarmed. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you It effects him and anyone around as he sets the trap. You must use up a collection of straight sticks and rope in order to activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6.
The trap looks like A bundle of sticks, tied into a shape like a stick figure. It can only be spotted as a trap by those with preexisting knowledge of such traps. Anyone who is aware of the trap may intuitively avoid, trigger, or destroy it.
Any Living target that enters the chosen area will trigger the trap. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next hour, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by Fear and Paranoia. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
Both attacking someone and being attacked will end the Effect.
Your target passes this Effect on to the next person they interact with, so long as that person is a valid target. That person passes it on as well, and so on, with the remaining duration decreasing by half until the chain stops.
Paula places her hand on her ride and smiles "Lets pimp this ride." She then takes a small motor engine and places it in the back of her skateboard motorizing it.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 Action to activate. Select a non-Alien Device within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use A Vehicle to activate this Effect. Cannot be used to improve Armor.
For the next day, your target receives 1 extra dice to all actions taken with its intended use. While it is upgraded, the item cannot be destroyed.
You may choose a second valid Device target while activating this effect and splice both targets into a single new Device. The newly created item has the same size as the larger of the two initial targets, and can be used to perform the same actions as either of the original items. It receives 1 extra dice to those actions for the next day.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
Grace covers her eyes and counts to five, slowly fading out of existence as she does so until completely gone. While she counts, Obedience is looking for hiding spots, though this isn’t exceedingly obvious.
Grace knows the importance of staying hidden. Being able to wriggle into small spaces already is helpful, but being able to slip past people in broad daylight is required for swiping necessities. This power is most often used for sneaking into the cargo holds of planes to travel long distances.
Exert your Mind and spend at least two Actions performing the following ritual: Grace covers her eyes and counts to five to activate. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You and any clothes or equipment you are wearing are obscured from sight for the next hour. All attempts to detect you via sight fail. Detection attempts via other senses where sight would assist are rolled at a -2 dice penalty.
Entering Combat or being Injured does not cause the Effect to end early. Anyone you attack will immediately notice you; anyone else may re-roll to notice you each time you take a Combat action, at -1 Difficulty per Combat action you have taken. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for 1 hour.
While the Ema is worn on his person, depicting the God Kuebiko, the user is able to derive blessings from the God. Gaining the blessings of the God, allows the user hightened awareness of their surrounding, able to perceive 'auras' and further enhance their sense of smell.
While the blessing is mostly innate, while it is actively being applied, the Ema shines, taking on a texture akin to gold, reflective as such. While it is not in use, the Ema simply resembles a plaque of wood, that is brownish-yellow.
You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using Ema (Wooden Plaque) with a depiction of a scarecrow to gain the benefits of this Effect.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
I am no longer human, the, all remnants of such has left my body, and I am now a vessel for the growing spirit of the Wendigo, my body is cold to the touch, my heart frozen.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: _Skin is pale and very cold_. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living being when targeted..
You are immune to damage from cold. If cold is a substantial component of other damage you would take (e.g. falling from a great distance into a vat of liquid nitrogen), that damage is reduced by 2 (in addition to Armor)
While in Cold, heat, cold, pressure, and other atmospheric hazards do not affect you, and dangerous local flora and fauna will not bother you unless you give them a reason.
Like most Quadrupeds, Guido is faster than most humans, skittering across the ground with a rapid, "pa-dump pa-dump pa-dump"
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You can run at two times your normal movement speed.
If you move faster than your normal move speed, the world around you turns to a blur, and Perception rolls are made at -3 dice.
The Necromancer temporarily assumes the form of their own corpse, complete with maggots, spilled entrails, and exposed bone. They cannot move while transformed, but their empty eye sockets see as well as ever.
Exert your Mind and Spend an Action to activate.
You transform into your own corpse for one minute. While transformed, you cannot move or take Actions, but you can perceive your surroundings. You can be targeted as a Non-Living, Sapient Object.
If you are damaged while transformed, the damage is realized when you return to normal. If you are damaged before you transform, your inanimate form will appear partially damaged.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Plastic Explosives within arm's reach.
The target becomes disguised with a new forged appearance of your choice, which must fit within the theme of children's toys. You may have up to 3 Forgeries active concurrently and may choose to end the effect at will as a Free Action.
The new appearance must be relatively generic, cannot mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), and must be of a similar size and weight to the targeted Object. The forged appearance will generally hold up to any mundane scrutiny, though exceptions can be made at GMs discretion.
As a free creature, The Fairy cannot withstand being caged or imprisioned in any way. Luckily, they possess a glamour that allows them to unlock any lock binding them with a wink of their eye. The lock falls open with a sparkle of light and a sound like a ringing bell.
Spend an Action to activate. Select a door, lock, or locked target within arm's reach. Cannot be used on Alien technology. This Effect cannot be used unless the targeted lock or door is being used to restrain or imprison you.
You may lock, unlock, and/or open your target.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.
You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations. Lasts 1 hour.
Dr. Freeman makes a circular incision around his patient's head and removes the top of their skull. He closes his eyes, places his fingertips directly on the patient's brain, and starts to massage the grey matter. He may then sift through the patient's memories at will. As he does so, little electric arcs crackle between his fingertips and the exposed brain. This procedure is incredibly invasive and thorough but may cause the death of the patient.
Exert your Mind (unless the target has less than 3 Intellect) and spend 2 Actions to activate. Select a Living, Animate target within arm's reach This Effect cannot be used unless you are physically touching the target's brain. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you destroy the patient's brain. You must maintain Concentration while the effect is active. Roll Charisma + Medicine at Difficulty 6. The target may Resist.
You are able to view your target's memories. The target is unaware their memories are being probed. The Effect ends if the target moves out of range or your Concentration is interrupted.
You may ask specific questions about their memory - “what is their computer password,” “What were they doing at 4:00PM yesterday,” etc - but you cannot get answers to broad, analytical questions like “are they a good person?” or “what are their plans for the future?”
You may read memories that the target has forgotten.
