Channeling his mind into the psychosphere his mental self delves into the collective unconscious around his area, feeling the ebb and flow of supernatural energies in addition to the nature of the creatures within it. While within it though his mind touches each of the nearby creatures, from the smallest bug, to the mind's of other people and in doing so he shares a glimpse of their experiences. Though it is unintelligible in terms of information gleaned at this time, the mental shockwaves are devastating in their potential for psychological damage.

Crane programs his nanite to add on and strengthen the material within the device he is utilizing. Enhancing its core components, speeding up its process, reducing cost, enhancing efficiency, with just a basic understanding of the machine, he can truly go wild.
Exert your Mind and spend an hour. Select a non-Alien Advanced Technology within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use Nanite Factory to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. Can be used on Armor.
Lasts the next day. Your target receives 2 extra dice to all actions taken for its intended use. Attacking with an upgraded weapon grants +2 Weapon Damage instead of additional dice. While it is upgraded, the item cannot be destroyed. Upgraded Armor is shredded by half the normal amount. If it is a piece of Armor, it instead receives half that amount as bonus armor rating, rounded up , and any armor penalty it causes is reduced by 1. If an upgraded shield and armor are both worn, the upgrade bonus does not stack with itself.
Upgraded items have half their normal weight, for the purposes of encumbrance.
You may choose a second valid Device target while activating this Effect and splice both targets into a single new Device. The newly created item has the same size as the larger of the two initial targets, and can be used to perform the same actions as either of the original items. It receives 2 to those actions for the next day.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.

You may perceive things within 75 feet of you as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next five minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect.
Any Perception rolls made through obstacles are rolled at +1 Difficulty.
Flesh begins to almost knit itself back together in a fashion that makes it hard to believe it was ever there if not for lingering bits of phantom pain still in the patient's mind.

Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute to activate. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You cannot target yourself. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Firearms at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Limp/ nerve damage in right leg.
The Doctor examines their patient and gives a standard medical checkup, asking them questions, nodding to themselves, and muttering arcane medical jargon. The examination reveals an extraordinary amount of detail about any medical issues suffered by the patient.

Dazzle Glasses are advanced "black-tech" espionage gear. They can be styled as any sort sunglasses. When the wearer is recorded, they will quickly flash a non-visible laser into the recording device, destroying it after only a moment of footage is taken.
This Effect activates whenever you are recorded. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Non-Sapient Object within 20 feet no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). Roll Perception + Culture Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
