Grace grins and tilts backwards like a trust fall which comes to a sudden, jarring stop a few inches above the ground. Grace goes horizontal and rises in the air with the ghostly white dress and wispy hair of her best friend trailing underneath them. As they get farther up, they’ll straighten up to vertical and take their place in the sky, hovering eerily.
Grace can’t come down from this display on her own- if she needs to, she’ll toss a rope down at a teammate to pull her along like a balloon until she settles to the ground.
Chamael was the inspiration- spending time with him had them jumping off a hotel bed, determined to fly just like he could. Cham was not happy.

You may levitate off the ground at three times your normal walking speed. The effect lasts for the next minute, and while it is active, you cannot choose to end the effect early, or come closer than 5 feet to the ground.
While in the air, your move speed and encumbrance are based on your rating in Mind instead of your Brawn and Dexterity.
The Gift bearers eyes turn a golden hue when activated.

You consume the coke, snorting being traditional but pouring it down your throat works too. Suddenly, your body is supercharged with the power of Florida and Crackheads, your words becoming frenzied howling and grunting, and your body becomes able to take and give a beating.
Use up this gram of coke and spend an Action to activate.
You transform into a crackhead version of yourself for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a crackhead version of yourself, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. While transformed, your Attributes are the same.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Bonus Damage and Brawn does not act as Armor against them.
You do not suffer wound penalties while in your Alternate Form.
You cannot speak any coherent verbal language and must resort to other means of communication.
Sally extends her hand out into the thin air, where the spirit lies in wait. The horrid little creature that she once assumed to be an amalgamation of intrusive thoughts and her own subconscious, stabs it’s little fangs into her, and begins to grow from the blood, drawing in nearby dirt and earth until it is a bloody clay, and once it is full it dries into flesh. For many years the spirit has demanded that it be fed blood, and now it finally gets what it wants.

In what seems like something out of Lovecraft novel. Kaido's body deforms in a way that would make people not be able to sleep at night. People who have seen it describe it as if there eye pupils were splitting in half.

You phase out of reality for up to 4 Rounds. During this time, you cannot perceive or affect the outside world or take any Actions. You cannot move. Nothing can interact with you in any way.
When you activate this Effect, you may limit its duration to a period of your choosing. If you are able, you may also end it as a Free Action on your initiative.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see the user begin to deform in an eldritch manner.
Tendrils of shadows form on the user's back and creep down their body and traverses through shadows to the target the user has chosen.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. This Effect cannot be used unless The target has to be touched by some form of shadow. and Charisma + Influence Roll (Diff 6) to convince the entity.. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect.
You can interact with things that are within 75 feet without needing to physically touch them or be near them. Lasts for two hours. Any rolls made for Actions taken in this way use a Mental Strength of 4 in place of your Brawn rating, a Mental Agility of 4 in place of your Dexterity, and otherwise use your own Attributes and Abilities.

The toon shouts a catchphrase, strikes a pose, and then zips away at a high speed, leaving a cloud of dust behind. While moving, they look like a blur.

Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.
The time-twister presses a button on one of their wristwatches, and, in a flash of orange light, disappears. They have skipped 12 seconds forward in time. To them, the travel is instantaneous, but everyone else must wait until they reappear.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a clock or watch to activate this Effect.
You phase out of reality for 4 Rounds. During this time, you cannot perceive or affect the outside world or take any Actions. You cannot move. Nothing can interact with you in any way.
When you phase out, you may bring up to 1 additional target in arm's reach with you.
The mobster knows a guy they can call for a hired goon, who arrives about a minute later. The goons are dumb as bricks, but tough nonetheless, perfect for sending a message when you need to keep your hands clean.

Summon a single goon at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
Any successful musician knows the value of a good roadie. The musician calls for a roadie, and one will promptly arrive. The roadie doesn't talk much, and they aren't too bright, but they can sure haul gear.
After a couple hours of work, the roadie will retire to smoke and get some sleep.

Summon a single roadie at your location. They will last for two hours, or until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
The Vampire may channel their inner beast and take the form of an animal. It is said they may transform into either a wolf or a bat. If used too often, the Vampire risks losing themselves to their beast forever.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.
You transform into a vampire bat or a wolf until you transform into something else or choose to return to your original form. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you do not have access to any of your Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: A disfigured face with bat-like ears.
