OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

Selia spends time creating a domain of communion. Within the zone no signs of life are visible as the color becomes muted and sound becomes dim. Reciting an old Italian ritual and presenting the Fetter Selia then hones in to the emotions of the spirit and uses it to create a verbal link between realms, letting the deceased talk to her.

Book of communicating

Write what you want to say in the book and present it to the viewer. The words written will automatically be translated into their language. Once it has been written, the words will slowly fade away, leaving the page blank again.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You may communicate to humans and Sapient beings as if you are fluent in a relevant language.
This also includes understanding any recorded communications from the relevant targets, including writings, scent trails, etc.
- The target of "human" refers to any target that speaks a human language.
- When reading written communications, you get no information beyond what the writer was intending to communicate.
Universal Language

Angel now has the ability to understand any human, regardless of tongue, by listening to the Universal Language. This leaves a bitter, earthy taste in his and the target’s mouth like what Angel drank in the dunes. On Angel’s side, the world seems to warp and ripple; this effect is much more slight to observers.

The shamans in the desert brought Angel on a hallucinogenic spiritual journey to break his curse from the rats. Since then, he’s been able to concentrate and recall the energy of the concoction he drank to unlock this second vision.

While activating this effect, Terry takes a deep breath, and teal, glowing sparks enter his mouth with the breath.

Communicating with a being cannot directly damage your Mind or cause Injury. All rolls to resist Effects that rely on communicating with you are made at -1 Difficulty.

The Necromancer spits into the mouth of a recently deceased corpse. For the few minutes, the corpse's head comes back to life and speaks to the Necromancer.
