Years of playing football as a linebacker for his team has turned him into quite a frightful fellow to go against, his technique has been improved and useful for his team but has made him accidentally knocked other teams out of commission for a good bit but hey it is a rough sport. So yea simply superior tackling skills.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in unarmed combat.
Your unarmed attacks deal +2 Bonus Damage (instead of -2). The target's Armor is reduced to 1/2, rounded up against this damage. You may React to and Defend against firearms and other projectile attacks.
You also gain the following effects:
You wind the watch. While you wind the watch, a replica of the face appears faintly over the lock you are unlocking. When you release the winding mechanism, you see the hands spin to when the lock was last unlocked. At that time, the door begins to unlock, replaying what happened during the previous unlocking. During this time, the hands spin back to the current time.
Spend two Actions performing the following ritual: You must wind the watch. As you do so, a replica of the face appears faintly over the lock you are unlocking. Select a Non-Alien door, container, knot, or lock within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use an analog watch to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You may lock, unlock, and/or open your target.
By dragging his hand along the blade, it slowly lights ablaze, up until he flicks it at who ever he chooses
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Location no further than 50 feet from you and in your line of sight. You must actively and obviously use Raiper to activate this Effect. The area within 20 feet of the chosen Location immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Brawn + Alertness at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 20 feet of the chosen Location with Damage equal to your Outcome + 2. Armor is fully effective against this damage.
Any flammable Objects within the radius during the blast will catch fire, and any being who takes at least 4 damage will have their hair and clothes catch fire.
Sheriff Perkins can flash his badge and bark out orders to a person, and they will have trouble ignoring his command.
Exert your Mind and spend at least one Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use a police badge to activate this Effect. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to the letter-- but not necessarily the spirit-- of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in hours. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action and a conditional request. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-endangering or self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.
Finding that the afterlife is far more complex than anyone suspected, Widow has become a reaper of her own. Gifted with terrible beauty and grace, Widow is as ageless as death itself. She has also become immune to the ravages of the heat and cold.

You no longer age naturally, and supernatural attempts to age you fail.
Your Injuries no longer degrade with time.
You are immune to damage from heat and flames. If heat is a substantial component of other damage you would take (e.g. slashed with a flaming sword), that damage is reduced by 2 (in addition to Armor)
The Severity of any Injury caused by holy is increased by 2.

You cannot ignore or decrease the effects of Stress for any social rolls you make.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations. Lasts 2 hours.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. All Sapient, Living targets within 50 feet who can perceive you through sight are affected. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. All affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the targets will keep their full attention focused on you for contested Outcome in Rounds. They will automatically fail any rolls related to noticing anything other than you. If they cannot perceive you through sight for three Rounds, the Effect is broken. The Effect ends early if the target is Injured or violence occurs nearby.
This does not affect the target’s opinion of you or their mood, and they may take any Actions while affected (including attacking), as long as that action centers on you. Fascinated targets cannot Concentrate.
This witch is a cruel and vengeful creature who works her vile arts against those she deems worthy of punishment. All she must do is point. A flash of green lightning strikes her victim and disappears. Immediately, or upon the completion of some condition, if the witch chooses, the victim's body warps and shifts into a gross mockery of its former self. Whether she's giving someone the head of a donkey or stealing their voice, the witch's enemies always get what is coming to them.
The sheer wickedness of this spell corrupts the witch, giving her a disgusting, witchy appearance.
Exert your Mind and Spend an Action. Select a Living target within 20 feet. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. The target may roll Body, -2 dice at Difficulty 7, as a Free Action to resist.
If you succeed, the target receives a new Battle Scar of your choosing, limited by the contested Outcome:
When you activate this Effect, instead of occurring immediately, you may choose to delay its effects until the target takes a particular Action. For example: "when they fire a gun" or "when they swim in deep water."
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Witchy Appearance. You have a long, warty nose and chin, wrinkled skin, and a hunch back. Social rolls are at +2 Difficulty, and your free movement is reduced by 10 feet.
Your alteration "heals" over the course of the next month, after which it is fully cured.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Compulsion for payback. You must roll Self-Control to avoid using this Gift on anyone who wrongs you in a major way.
