JPM has that dominating character possessed by dictators, big bosses, and corporate wolves alike... so much so that when he tells the "Sheeple" to do something, they'll do it.
Unfortunately, this is only in effect as long as JPM's good and conscious, after all who doesn't slack off when their boss calls sick right?
JPM's the big boss, he's the man, when he talks people listen: and when he gives an order, people follow. "Employ" as an ability is JPM flexing his capital authority over the sheeple who are obivously much weaker than he is, a testament to the character he's built up over the years as someone who beats on the poor and anyone he thinks under him... which is everyone.
Of course it only works on things that can think and are alive, since only people care about JPM's authority, and it only works as long as hes good and standing' because the moment he clocks out, so does their desire to fulfill his task.
