Gustav's unholy pact aligns him with Narcotix, the Tempter of Vice. Gustav brandishes a Clear sealed scale covered pouch containing a dark, powdery substance akin to midnight sand. As he unseals the bag and exposes its contents to the air, the once-ebony powder undergoes an eerie transformation, morphing into a blinding, incandescent white. With a flourish, Gustav Winds up to slap the blizzard-like unholy substance into there system. The Target is raked with intense demonic visions of pleasures that leave the users traumatized.
Spend an Action and use up this Cocaine zip bag (unless you succeed on 1d10, Difficulty 7). Make a Brawl attack at a Living target within normal attack range. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you Bad Batch: Major scar Limp. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. The target may roll to dodge or defend, as normal for Brawl attacks. The attack does not deal Damage, but the Effect does.
You may cure any Non-Alien diseases, toxins, or poisons afflicting your target even if you have not diagnosed or fully understood it. You may cure diseases or poisons even if they are not treatable through modern medicine. During treatment, the malady you are treating does not progress or cause additional Damage or other effects. Your patient is required to Must weekly partake in a dose of cocaine and study. for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
Kevin’s friends can now visit by opening the nearest door and just walking through. By walking up to the nearest door with their friendship Braclet and whispering the secret code they can visit Kevin in his basement.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. If you are at Kevin’s Basement, you may choose a target Location within your line of sight; otherwise, your target may only be Kevin’s Basement. You must be within arm's reach of Doors to activate this Effect.
You are transported directly to the chosen Location. Anyone who is touching you as you Travel will be brought along with you. You must wait an hour before activating this effect again.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
Brie salvage all the meat she can get and grinds it. The paste is then fused with the injuries and shaped to replace what was lost.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. You must use up Meat in order to activate this Effect. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Grinded meat being applied to the wound.

Spend an Action. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Roll Dexterity + Crafts at Difficulty 6. The target may roll Body, -2 dice at Difficulty 7, as a Free Action to resist.
If you succeed, the target receives a new Battle Scar of your choosing, limited by the contested Outcome:
All alterations you make must inflict battle scars achievable by manipulation of the targets skin.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend at least one Action to activate. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless Have to open command with “excuse me…” and Target can understand what I say.. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to their best understanding of the letter and spirit of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action and a conditional request. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-endangering or self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.
You must have some means of communicating this command to your target, but no one other than you and them will understand or perceive it.

If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Limp/ nerve damage in right leg.

You cannot investigate the same target more than once per hour. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Investigation at Difficulty 6.

This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is that you keep peeking at the target. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
The magician places a mirror to reflect a subject and conjures an illusion that perfectly replicates it!
If the illusion is touched, it shatters into a thousand tiny shards of glass.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: place a mirror such that it reflects the subject of your illusion. Select a target within 45 feet. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
a reflection of something else in the area, which can be no larger than a person is generated at your target, and it will remain in place for the next minute or you choose to end it. It can be perceived by people through their sight. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You may create a replica of a specific being or Object, though it is still limited by what you do or do not know about the subject.
Anyone who touches the illusion (or who would be able to perceive it significantly through a sense it cannot fool) realizes it is an illusion, and the entire effect will be ended for all targets.
The illusion will remain fixed to its initial target, and can only change locations if the initial target is mobile in some way. It may have moving parts and engage in simple, predetermined movements but cannot perform anything complex or interactive unless you maintain Concentration and “puppeteer” it.

Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of you with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4. Armor is fully effective against this Damage. If you botched the activation roll, you will also take full Damage from the blast, otherwise it will not hurt you.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
The Doctor examines their patient and gives a standard medical checkup, asking them questions, nodding to themselves, and muttering arcane medical jargon. The examination reveals an extraordinary amount of detail about any medical issues suffered by the patient.
