When this effect occurs, Edgar undergoes a dramatic transformation, a period of rampant mutation from the multiple monstrous forces contained within his body - his talons lengthen, dripping with steaming, heated blood - his flesh writhes obscenely, as if dozens of steel cables pulsed & moved below his rugose flesh while his lolling tongue will often split like a flower, either into multiple tendrils or multiple eyestalks - perhaps most disturbing of all, his eyes swell & then burst - leaving gaping holes filled with a guttering orange flame. While under these episodes, the alien flesh of the Provider instantly regenerates any lost flesh, up to & including lost limbs - these mutations are imperfect however, often being formed of squamous flesh studded with the screaming faces of people the Ghoul has consumed - this flesh will swiftly become unstable, tearing itself away & crawling off to die (hopefully...) when the episode ends.
Augments during Mutation Episode
-Death Chisels (Maws & Claws, Sawzall)
-No Escape (+15 Movement, +3 dice to Sprint Rolls)
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You transform into a hulking mutant Ghoul for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a hulking mutant Ghoul, and you can use your equipment. The Injuries and Battle Scars of your Alternate Form and your true form are tracked separately.
While transformed, your Attributes are the same. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
If you take a Severity 4 or higher Injury while transformed, you change into a pulsating mound of flesh composed of the screaming corpses of all those the Ghoul has consumed. All dice rolls are at -1 Difficulty for the next minute or until this Effect ends
If you are restricted, restrained, dazed, sleepy, or stunned, you may activate this Effect to break free or end the negative effect. You cannot free yourself by transforming more than once a minute.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Rampant Mutation.
Your alternate form renders you unable to speak any human language and incapable of fine object manipulation. You can only hold or grasp objects in a crude, clumsy way.
Whenever you enter Combat, roll Self-Control. If you fail, you cannot choose which targets to attack and cannot stop fighting until there are no targets remaining.
Jacqueline strums an ungodly, ferocious earworm of a melody. You'll never forget this.
Spend an Action. Select a Living target within 45 feet. Roll Charisma + Performance Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling Body, Difficulty 6.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
When activating this he will be burnt and crushed a bit as he melts into simply a miniature version of the elephants foot, being a blob of moving corium he is able to go through water tight gaps and indeed be moderately radioactive, as he moves about.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action to activate.
You transform into blob of Molten Corium for the next minute. You may end the effect early and return to your normal form at will. Your structure must remain relatively contiguous. Observers will view you as an unusual entity moving with a singular purpose.
While in this form, you can squeeze through any gap that is not water-tight.
Damage from standard attacks is halved, but damage from AOE effects is increased by 1. You may spend a Committed Action to reduce one of your Injuries’ Severity by 2, as long as you obtained the Injury while transformed and the separated pieces could reasonably be rejoined.
You cannot communicate, use equipment, or use Gifts while transformed. Your equipment does not transform with you beyond basic body coverings. You cannot carry any items while transformed.
Can make an attack at melee range while transformed. Roll Body to attack. The target may contest by dodging or Defending. This attack deals +2 damage.
When on set, or even in practice, his reflexes are unparalleled by most people. His speed is quick, his actions are as fluid as water. Even when shot at, it seems as thought even that isn't too much of an issue.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Dexterity rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

The Shadow Realm is an eerie, otherworldly dimension that Eustass controls. It is a place where light and sound are almost entirely absent, creating an oppressive atmosphere of darkness and silence. Shadows dominate the landscape, and the few dim glows that exist seem to be swallowed by the surrounding darkness.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You create a hemispherical dome of black void originating at your Location, with a radius of 20 feet. and lasting for 5 minutes. The area inside your zone is affected in the following ways:
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
You are taller than most humans, long and thin, with pointed ears and teeth, and an unnatural pallid complexion. Even if you still pass for human at a glance, your presence carries an undeniable undercurrent of something enchanting and primal, some buried ancestral memory of caution and unease that makes the hair on the backs of others' necks prickle.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: aspect of the Banshee. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living being when targeted. Your Perception is increased by 1 and your Charisma is increased by 1.

Any successful musician knows the value of a good roadie. The musician calls for a roadie, and one will promptly arrive. The roadie doesn't talk much, and they aren't too bright, but they can sure haul gear.
After a couple hours of work, the roadie will retire to smoke and get some sleep.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Summon a single roadie at your location. They will last for two hours, or until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
The mutant has grown a long, fuzzy tail resembling one found on a monkey or lemur. Odd as it may be, it certainly comes in handy, and it's got one hell of a grip. If removed, the tail regrows within a week.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You gain an additional limb that functions as a standard human arm and hand.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Your appendage has a grip that is hard to shake. While grappling a target, when contesting their physical actions, you may roll your full dice pool, but it only counts as a Quick Action.
Your Extra Appendage is incapable of fine object manipulation.
The werewolf's gnashing teeth sheer through steel and bone alike. Those caught in their maw rarely make it out alive.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are in werewolf form, and you are engaged in unarmed combat.
+2 dice to rolls for Attacking, Defending, and Clashing without a weapon. Unarmed attacks do +0 Weapon Damage (instead of -1). The target's Armor is fully effective against this Damage.

The Thief has a stash in which they can store a few objects. It can be accessed through any burlap sack.
