Tighe reaches to his back, digging into his skin with his nails as he slowly pulls out a blanket of the corresponding skin wrapping it around himself, morphing into the creature.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute.
You transform into a raven or any region-appropriate small animal for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you do not have access to any of your Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
While transformed, you may speak and use any Influence or Communication Powers you posses.
The Human Bullet can run. Fast. Just...can't curve.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action. Roll a single d10, Difficulty 4. If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour.
Lasts 1 minute. Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is quadrupled.
If your last Action was used for an all-out sprint or you are already accelerated, you may spend an Action to accelerate without a roll, adding 250 feet/Round (not affected by your speed bonus) to your sprint speed, to a max of an extra 750 feet/Round. As long as you stay at these speeds, you may use this distance per Round as your Free Movement.
Any terrain you traverse while accelerated must be passable by a standard vehicle at similar speeds. Stopping, turning sharply, or decelerating more than 250 feet/Round must be performed as an Action. Failing to decelerate with an Action (whether because of an obstacle, sudden unfavorable terrain, an Injury, or other event) counts as a tumble or catastrophic vehicle collision as per the vehicle rules.
If you perform an all-out Sprint while this Effect is active, all attacks targeting you suffer -3 dice for the next Round.
While using this Effect, you are immune to collision damage, and any roll made to target you is made at +2 Difficulty.
If you go a round without using your Movement, you immediately collapse and must remain immobile and resting for the same duration of time you previously spent moving.
You can't turn or slow down, and must run until either you hit something, or the Effect ends. Running into objects at high speeds is likely to cause severe Injuries.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
While active, those close by may hear the whispered voices of the dead who were consumed. These voices become increasingly incomprehensible as the duration elapses, until vanishing entirely near the end.
Ghouls feed not only on the flesh of the dead, but the lingering life force as well. By feeding on this life force they increase their already significant resistance to injury.
Exert your Mind (unless he eats a human liver) and spend an Action. You must use up Corpse Flesh in order to activate this Effect. Roll Brawn + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around yourself, which absorbs the next Outcome + 6 Damage up to a maximum of half the total damage from a given attack, the rest of which penetrates through to it’s target. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
The barrier will fall after two hours, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
The ring is persistently cold and slightly vibrates as if keeping in a small storm at all times. The wielder concentrates on the gemstone in the center of the ring focusing on thoughts of cold environments. The wielder pinches the crack in the gemstone and draws forth one of the orbs, the orbs are about the size of a quarter when withdrawn. Toss the orb into the air causes the ball to expand to a radius of 15 feet around the wielder protecting them from outside harm. From the outside it appears that the protected area is covered by a whirling blizzard but on the inside the area is completely calm and cool, like a refrigerator. When struck by an outside force the blizzard bursts out and strikes the attacker with the same ferocity it was attacked with. In order to maintain concentration ritualistic chants in Tibetian must be constantly fed into the ring.
(Will complete at a later date)
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action or Reaction. Roll Intellect + Culture at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a Barrier extending out 15 feet from yourself, which absorbs 2 times the next Outcome + 2 Damage. Only applies to attacks which originated outside the 15 foot radius, and protects anyone who is within that radius. Any Damage absorbed by the barrier is reflected back to the attacker, up to a maximum of the Barrier Strength Parameter’s bonus. Their Armor applies in full. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. This Artifact may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
Rico forces his body to shift and adjust itself into a different form. During this process he consumes flesh to fuel his transformation and his flesh, bones, and skin squirm around like worms, altering and changing with nigh-silent yet repulsive sounds.
Spend 2 Actions. You must use up flesh in order to activate this Effect.
You become disguised in a manner of your choosing. The disguise lasts for two hours, or you may end it early at will.
The new appearance may have a different sex, age, and race to your own, and you may alter height by up to a foot and your weight by 50%. Your disguise cannot directly mimic an existing person. You may change the appearance of your outfit. A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.
You may roll Charisma + Crafts to attempt to make your disguise Beautiful. If your Outcome is 6 or higher, non-Effect Charisma rolls where your good looks could help are rolled at -2 Difficulty. If you fail or botch, you are ugly instead, and non-Effect Charisma rolls are made at +2 Difficulty.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see flesh, bones, and skin squirm around like worms, altering and changing with nigh-silent yet repulsive sounds.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
This Effect ends if you take an Injury or are stunned or incapacitated.
While disguised, you cannot use any Activated or Targeted Powers.
When taking the responsibility of a Close Protection Contract, Amarjeet will take any risk, suffer any injury, or endure any pain to see her client safe - up to & including throwing her own life away if needed.
This natural propensity is enhanced by her brain implants, flooding her body with endorphins, dampening nerve response, & even applying direct brain stimulation to "shock" her awake if needed.
This change in brain biochemistry may have unforeseen psychological side effects. Please consult with your Doctor before utilizing prototype cybernetics.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless she is operating under a Close Protection Contract.
Your Stress from Injuries and Mind Damage is reduced to 0. Lasts three hours.
If you are Stunned, asleep, drugged, or otherwise made unconscious for any reason other than being Incapacitated, you may Exert your Mind to wake up. Any penalty which was caused by this condition is removed.
Any dice penalty from Exposure or being stunned, diseased, sleepy, dizzy, sick, distracted, or similar is reduced to zero. Does not affect penalties from Effects you activated.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: No Mercy: Must make a Trauma roll to avoid killing anyone who assaults her clients, even if retreating or helpless.
By focusing, the Thief may shroud their hands in shadowy tendrils that seek nearby objects like static-charged hairs. They cast themselves across any surface the Thief touches, acting as anchors that allow the Thief to scale even the sheerest walls.

You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations. Lasts 2 hours.
The aquamancer spends a minute soaking their wounds in at least a gallon of water. During this time, the injured area is obviously absorbing the liquid, and the flesh visibly knits back together.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. You must use up at least a gallon of water in order to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Survival at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
The magician waves a handkerchief over an item, and it disappears! They may produce the object later by fluttering a scarf.
Spend a Quick Action. You must actively and obviously use a scarf, sheet, or handkerchief to activate this Effect.

You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.
The "Reaper" Assault Helmet is the signature piece of the Future Soldier's arsenal. It has a sleek, design and is made of a mysterious matte-metallic alloy. The wearer's face is exposed normally, but when a battle begins, a blue holographic visor flickers to life in front of the eyes. This HUD contains information about the soldier's ammunition and shield status, but more significantly can detect enemy combatants. Anyone nearby who is holding a weapon is painted with a red dot that follows them in real time. This allows the Future Soldier to fire at painted targets in the dark, detect ambushes lurking around corners, and grants an overall tactical advantage.
This Effect activates whenever combat begins. It does not require an Action or Exertion.
You automatically detect all people wielding weapons within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
The Vampire may channel their inner beast and take the form of an animal. It is said they may transform into either a wolf or a bat. If used too often, the Vampire risks losing themselves to their beast forever.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.
You transform into a vampire bat or a wolf until you transform into something else or choose to return to your original form.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: A disfigured face with bat-like ears.
