(This Effect is obviously Alien when used. As long as you and your target are conversing, it is obvious each participant is communicating with someone. You must actively and obviously be using An in ear communicator.)

As a full time collaborator with the US military, and recently reactivated Agent David has been cleared by the US government test their new experimental injected transmitter system. Allowing him to synchronize and contact anyone with any form of communication equipment known to man, and a few that aren't. The conversations that result come from the device emitting short wave signals that stimulate the inner ear making them inaubile to anyone with even supernatural senses as once observed the wave function that forms them collapses. The ultimate in clandestine communication, and insurance that David will always be in contact with his support network.
