Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action to activate. Select a human, Creature, or Dead target within arm's reach. In order to target the Dead, you must have their true name. This Effect cannot be used unless When communing with humans, you may only commune with ones that are dead and/or ghosts. Additionally, the only sapient targets you may commune with are dead / undead entities..

The target can communicate in your language for the next ten minutes.

While this Effect is active, you are at -2 dice to all Actions and cannot Concentrate.

  • The target of "human" refers to any target that speaks a human language.
  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
