L-Drago

Created and held by Sora (R).
A red and white spinning top resembling three rotating dragon heads it seems to radiate heat as it spins

Sora loads L-Drago into its launcher before firing it at a target. Sora can also charge the launch causing L-Drago to be cloaked in flame when fired.
(Flavor note: As L-Drago serves as the ammunition for this power Sora must take at least a quick action to recall L-Drago before using this gift again. Effectively a reload)

This Artifact can be used as a crossbow. It is roughly the same size as a crossbow and just as difficult to conceal.

Attack by rolling Dexterity + Firearms, Difficulty 6. Successful attacks deal Contested Outcome +4 Weapon Damage. Attacks do not require a successful called shot to do damage.

This item is a living thing. When targeted, it counts as a Living Creature in addition to its other target types. If destroyed or abandoned for more than two days, it dies and becomes unusable.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Infinite Ammo: This weapon never runs out of its standard ammunition.
  • Not Quite Flying: You may Exert your Mind and use up your Movement to “follow” any attack using this weapon, traveling right next to its point of impact.
  • Ultra-Shot: Spend one Action preparing an attack. This does not count as Aiming. Next Round you may make an attack as though the range of this weapon was 1200 feet

  • The attack must be the primary form of attack for this weapon.
  • Reminder: additional Weapon Damage granted by this Effect does not stack with any other bonus to Weapon Damage. Instead the largest bonus is used.

LDrago seems to glow as the ground beneath them quakes before a column of firey energy erupts from around them up into the air. After the blast subsides surfaces hit by the blast appear charred and blackened

(Source:Spin power)
(Flavor:This power can be used while LDrago has been launched by Dragon Emperor Launcher, assuming it is within the casting distance)

Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action. Select a Location no further than 40 feet from you and in your line of sight. The area within 25 feet of the chosen Location immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Charisma + Occult at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).

If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of the chosen Location with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

Sora forms a pair of purple spheres of lightning in his hands before combining and launching them either at a target (Chain Lightning) or up into the air. (Hail Storm)
Chain Lightning: As the sphere impacts its target it exploads in a burst of electricity striking anything nearby.
Hail Storm: The sphere disappears into the sky before a rain of lightning strikes cascade down from the sky.

(Flavor Note:Can only be used when L-Drago isn't on field)

  • Magic Quiver: Instead of throwing this Artifact, it is an object that produces an endless supply of temporary throwable objects. For example, bracers that allow you to throw ethereal javelins, or a sack of throwing rocks that doesn’t shrink when you withdraw one.
  • Ricochet: You can make a thrown attack against a target behind cover so long as there is at least one exposed pathway to them.

  • Created projectiles last only until they strike their target and cannot be shared or stockpiled.
  • Reminder: additional Weapon Damage granted by this Effect does not stack with any other bonus to Weapon Damage. Instead the largest bonus is used.

  • Weight-Limited: This Effect is suppressed any time you are over-encumbered.

  • Any penalties to dice or movement, including from Encumbrance, are applied as normal. If your movement is reduced to 0 due to encumbrance, you will begin to sink down to the ground.

Linked_List_Camo

Created and held by Polamedes.
A silver ring with a small blue box with a tiny number 0 inside. Behind the 0 is an obscured image of a figure blending into boxes.

A small silver ring with linked blue boxes engraved into it.

The user extends their hand towards the target. When they do thin tendrils extend from the ring and search for purchase on the wearer. The tendrils attach and start sucking small amounts of power from the user as they continue to crawl along their body before retreating after the hack is done.

The user's packaged will and commands are transmitted through the ring and then antenna tendrils towards the target.

Expend a point of Battery and spend 1 Action. Select a Device within 300 feet. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.

If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.

When targeting non-computer devices, you may operate switches, buttons, dials, levers, and latches.

Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their body and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Battle Scar: Disfigured. Permanent stains on hand from where tendrils have previously latched on.. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Battle Scar heals over the course of the next day.

Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Irrational anger and disrespect of people who have truly shoddy security setups.. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

Tiny nano machines swarm out of the ring and cover the users body in a thin sheet. The tiny bug like bots arrange themselves into a latticework over the user and once all are in place thin little cuts are made along the users skin in square patterns. Tiny rivers of blood well up at all locations of the nanites and are quickly sucked into the nanomachines, they then start cutting the small squares of the skin and prying them up the tiny bits of dermis sticking to the muscle and sinew underneath but being pulled anyways until they eventually come free. Unable to patchwork skin on the eyeball the bots flood into the occular cavity and surround the eye forming a kind of sheen over the cornea and feeding it visual info while the effect is activated. Each bug holds the square of skin over itself like a kind of card. When activated they flip the skin cards around to the underside where a hazy reflection of the surrounding area is put forward on the other side of the skin card.

Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action.

You are obscured in one of the following manners. Lasts 30 minutes.

  • Sight:You are partially obscured from being noticed by sight. All attempts to detect you using sight are rolled at a -3 dice penalty, and all attempts to detect you where sight would assist are rolled at -1 penalty. Anyone who detects you cannot determine any visual details about you beyond your general shape.

While this Effect is active, any Effect that would obscure you from other, additional senses fails automatically. If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. This Effect does not end early when you activate an obvious Effect, attack, or receive an Injury.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Tiny stadium bugs flipping skin cards.

  • When narrating disturbing content, be cognizant of your group's tone and accommodating to those who would like to "fast forward" through the description.

Crafted by Viktor Caetano ("Lex")

Integrated into the helmet of whatever it may be that you are wearing, sending 'Mana' passed and all around the head area, creating some sort of Faraday Cage stopping outside influences from taking hold. seems to block incoming influences as well as limiting the impact of those that make it through.

Although it is to be known that it either fully stops the effect or it fully takes hold with the 'Mana' reinforcing whatever the effect is.

Crafted by Minerva McAlaster

The one bearing this map kneels, and holds it tightly in their hands. They close their eyes, and let out a breath.. and their mind slides into the Dreamlands. To people observing, the traveler appears to simply sleep kneeling.

To the one in the Dreamlands, they are in an unmapped part of the Dreamlands. The world around them is raw chaos, ever-shifting. The neckerchief, unrolled, is designed to be the perfect size for use as a triangular bandage for first aid. This neckerchief, well seasoned with being near Bu Fang when he was cooking with Squid and cuttlefish, this leads it to developing and taking on the aspects of such creatures. Taking it and wrapping it around the wound, the injury and scar starts to feel ticklish, then it starts to visibly heal and restore itself to its original state, though there is a rather intense itch for that moment.

Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Battle Scar on yourself to treat.

The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect.

After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
