The dog growls and leaps at Patrick as a paint can knocked off of a nearby roof hits a ball that rolls out into the street causing a car to swerve and clip the dog 5 feet from Patrick. Only those with a strong enough mind can notice the chain of events and can attempt to avoid the change in their luck.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Living target within 45 feet. Roll Dexterity + Occult Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling Mind, Difficulty 6.
If the contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much damage plus 3. Armor is reduced to 1/4, rounded down against this damage.
Your body is covered in patched-looking slabs of meat and horrid looking scars. The Flesh will use these points to break the skin and attack targets or defend its host.

If you succeed, the target will suffer a dice penalty equal to the Outcome for the next 3 Rounds. Dice pools may be reduced all the way down to 0 by this penalty. This breaks Concentration.
You may Exert your Mind and spend a Reaction to contest an Action someone is taking. Roll Dexterity + Brawl at Difficulty 7. Subtract your Outcome from theirs, and they use the Contested Outcome to determine if their Action succeeds.
The abilities often attributed to harmful spirits are said to be exaggerated for fright, but when one is faced with someone who can be anything...
...they realise they'd almost certainly never be themself.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action to activate. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you are returned to true form for 1 hour, as well as being unable to transform for this duration. You also receive a Severity-2 Injury.
You transform into the last Creature you touched until you transform into something else or choose to return to your original form. You cannot transform into a flying creature. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Direct, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.

Alister Has reformatted his body to allow for precise calculated moment while wielding his firearms. when he shoots he uses the configurable nature of his body to squat and stretch his torso and limbs to allow for impossible shots.

Freeman performs aggressive field surgery, stitching together new organs and tissues from spare body parts. He grafts these replacements into his patients and sews them up, leaving nothing to remind them of the event save the beating of a foreign heart in their chest.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must use up body parts in order to activate this Effect. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain. You may specify a specific condition that the patient must adhere to. If they break this condition, the treatment is immediately reversed. Record this regimen as a Condition.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see you remove the patient's body part and fashion a replacement with something else.
The detective pulls out their magnifying glass and investigates the area, learning details about any nearby structures and picking up details on what sorts of beings have passed through and when.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Investigate an area with a radius of up to 100 feet You must actively and obviously use a magnifying glass to activate this Effect. At the end of your investigation, roll Perception + Investigation at Difficulty 6.
You learn the following information about the area:
The mobster knows a guy they can call for a hired goon, who arrives about a minute later. The goons are dumb as bricks, but tough nonetheless, perfect for sending a message when you need to keep your hands clean.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. You must actively and obviously use a cell phone to activate this Effect.
Summon a single goon at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
You may only use this Effect once per day.

You phase out of reality for 4 Rounds. During this time, you cannot perceive or affect the outside world or take any Actions. You cannot move. Nothing can interact with you in any way.
When you phase out, you may bring up to 1 additional target in arm's reach with you.
The Witch wiggles her fingers at her broomstick, and it leaps from the ground with a whoosh of wind. She may then hop on and fly around. It’s so fun, she often finds herself cackling uncontrollably.
Flight is brief but quick, and she must return to the ground in one minute.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a broom to activate this Effect. This Effect remains active for two hours.
As long as you are conscious, you are immune to falling Damage. Additionally, you may glide as you fall, traveling 35 feet horizontally for every 10 feet you fall. While gliding, you fall at a minimum speed of 10 feet per Round.
You may ascend into the air and fly using your mind. Your Free Movement is Mind x5 feet/Round, including vertically. You cannot Dash. When sprinting, roll Mind and add your rating in Mind plus 1 to the outcome, multiply by 5 to find your sprint speed. Your encumbrance limit is 10 lbs per point of Mind.
