By intentionally criminal beings i mean to target beings that have an activate understanding and engagement with society and laws, they just chose to break those laws anyways.

Victims of crimes i mean individuals who are actively having a crime committed against them. some one being attacked in the streets, or kidnapped, or just got robbed an hour ago. People are not Victims forever.

Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Balancing the scales, and lighting the plants on flame on either side.. You must use up nettle and Mugwort leaves in order to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.

You automatically detect all Victims of crimes and intentionally criminal beings within 10 miles of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

You learn basic information about why each detected being is being detected. For example, if you detect Criminals, you may learn how many crimes they have committed and what type.

You receive Their scent for each being you detect.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

You automatically detect all Supernatural beings within 50 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

If no Supernatural beings targets are within 50 feet of you, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.

All Supernatural beings who you can sense are equally able to sense you.

  • This Effect does not satisfy the line of sight targeting requirement for other Effects.

Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Consumes a mind effecting substance and says "Here piggy piggy". You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You automatically detect the closest of any Law Enforcement within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense their direction and distance.

If no Law Enforcement targets are within 300 feet of you, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate.

You automatically detect all demonic entities within 300 feet of you for the next minute. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby and their direction, and you have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected beings. This information is accurate enough to use for aiming at them, at +1 Difficulty.

Even while this Effect is not active, if any demonic entities come within 300 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.

Any demonic entities detected while the effect is active are “marked”. You will continue to detect them until the effect ends, no matter how far away they move. You will also continue to detect them after the effect ends, so long as they remain within 300 feet of you.

All demonic entities who you can sense are equally able to sense you.

Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action.

You automatically detect the closest of any Someone you Speak the name of aloud to the GPS within 50 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense their direction and distance.

Even if there are no Someone you Speak the name of aloud to the GPS within 50 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

Any Someone you Speak the name of aloud to the GPS detected while the effect is active are “marked”. You will continue to detect them until the effect ends, no matter how far away they move. You will also continue to detect them after the effect ends, so long as they remain within 50 feet of you.

  • Any targets that are marked satisfy the line of sight requirement for targeted Effects.
