Exert your Mind and spend three Actions performing the following ritual: Knocks on a mirror twice and says “Mirror Mirror who should I fear”. You must actively and obviously use An object with a reflective surface to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You automatically detect all Those that Have searched for Them and Those that are searching for Them within 1 mile of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

Even while this Effect is not active, if any Those that Have searched for Them or Those that are searching for Them come within 1 mile of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.

Even if there are no Those that Have searched for Them or Those that are searching for Them within 1 mile of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

You receive A Glimpse of their Face for each being you detect.

Even while this Effect is not active, if any Evil Entities or Living Beings come within 50 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action.

You automatically detect all Humans within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see it, and it sees you. A whirling mass of neurons, interconnected minds; it has no physical presence, so it pulses down on your senses. You know who's in control of it. It's still here, you feel it.

You may only use this Effect once per day.

  • When narrating disturbing content, be cognizant of your group's tone and accommodating to those who would like to "fast forward" through the description.

The shadows that exist outside of the Well are either only personified by Luci herself or a product of her power. When a shadow points her in a direction, it manifests more as a feeling than an actual shadow getting up pointing in any particular directing.

Think of it more like Luci projecting herself into the surrounding darkness- a process that while not riskless, is certainly fruitful.

You automatically detect all hidden beings (i.e. actively in hiding or actively conealing their presence) and disguised beings (i.e. actively wearing/using a disguise/facade) within 1 mile of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

If no hidden beings (i.e. actively in hiding or actively conealing their presence) or disguised beings (i.e. actively wearing/using a disguise/facade) targets are within 1 mile of you, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.

Any hidden beings (i.e. actively in hiding or actively conealing their presence) and disguised beings (i.e. actively wearing/using a disguise/facade) detected while this Effect is active are “marked”. You will continue to detect them until the Effect ends, no matter how far away they move. You will also continue to detect them after the Effect ends, so long as they remain within 1 mile of you.

You learn basic information about why each detected being is being detected. For example, if you detect Criminals, you may learn how many crimes they have committed and what type.

You receive a detailed silhouette of their body and clothes for each being you detect.

An inexperienced Isaac performed a ritual early into his study, one of his firsts. Looking back, it was stupid of him to attempt a ritual like this, it could have easily killed him, and condemned his soul for eternity. This ritual involved rubbing the ashes from cremated eyeballs on his own, under a supermoon. These eyes came from a lesser god known as Macula the Fearful, a lesser god that was killed by another, Issac was merely the vulture feasting on his corpse.

If no undead beings targets are within 300 feet of you, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.

Even if there are no undead beings within 300 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Otherworldly eyes manifest above your face, the sockets being filled with hundreds of quivering eyes.

  • When triggered, the Effect activation resolves immediately after the triggering Action. It is not Reaction speed.
