The Golden Rule, espoused by most philosophies of the world: Love thy Neighbor. Do no Harm. Do unto Others as you would have them do unto You.
Everyone knows this moral lesson, for Man is inherently good. Yet, in the cut throat world of seeking one's daily bread, it is a lesson easily forgotten. Pushed aside in the mad race to reach the heights of self gratification!
Yet, no matter how far the sheep has strayed from the shepherd, they still yearn to do what is right. With some, only a gentle word is needed...for others, the Imperious Command from the Top Hat clad figure of Emperor Norton the II is required - this resounding decree shakes even the coldest heart, awakening them to an enlightenment they will not soon forget!.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use Imperial Regalia to activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target resists by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If your contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to your Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, your target will gain Pacifism as a Trauma. This trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy as per normal rules. The target is aware that you are attacking them but do not view it as an attack or view the resulting Trauma as malicious. If their Trauma is treated, they will be able to see the reality of the situation.
Obedience is able to temporarily puppet Grace’s movements to manipulate objects around them. As with all powers, the three eyes occupied by the girls glow their apple red while Obedience’s pale blue form grows a little stronger. They are also willful enough to land blows as if from cold hands on targets.
The girls’ forms have joined enough now that Obedience’s gestures no longer stray from Grace’s body. One hand joined at the middle finger, another melded into the Gauntlet- they are nearly locked in place, just how the girls want it to be. They are able to manipulate objects in the first place in the way most ghosts are; through a force of powerful (in this case combined) will, sending ripples through the currents of a half-existing realm which flows erratically adjacent to ours.

The priest's miracles expand into the treatment and curing of poisons and diseases. The aquamancer dissolves into a flowing pool of semi-solid water. Anything they were carrying is left behind in a damp pile. While transformed, they may squeeze through tiny gaps, and are extremely resilient against most standard attacks.

Doc seems to be in the grips of similar memories, tears running down his chin and dripping onto his hands that are pressed tightly against you. At the point where your mind feels like it's about to break, it's over. Just as quickly as it began. You feel your wounds begin to close.
