Loyabard whispers honey sweet words that slowly fall out of his mouth and weave the same restrictions between him and his victim. For the next hours both are vulnerable to the affects of whatever devices loyabard instills as part of the influence and must be upheld to the letter of the law.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend at least one Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use Writing implement to activate this Effect. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to the letter-- but not necessarily the spirit-- of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in hours. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action and a conditional request. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-endangering or self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.
You are equally bound to follow any command you issue.

The realization that something is false triggers a particular reaction in the brain. Upon dispelling an illusion of Leon's through brute force he can force that reaction upon someone in the ensuing explosion of mystic energy. Then, when he has magic and an impulse to jump on, he feeds a little more into it and causes it to loop back in on itself. With Joao Jean's latest and greatest trick, the loop continues. Resonance aligning their mind momentarily with the state of their many possible alternate existences and past possibilities. Striking to the core of their mind as the magic tears through their brain, turning it into so much silly putty until they become unable to accept the notion of the untrue, their mind going in spirals as what was becomes as true to them as what is, and the implausible becomes incomprehensible. The fear of what could be and the pain of never knowing to haunt them throughout their days as the merest glimpse of the world beyond drives them to madness.
This Effect activates whenever Another person takes an action that would have an illusion of his suffer the equivalent of a severity 2 injury or more. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a single Sapient target or a Location within 300 feet. If you select a Location, all Sapient targets within 300 feet within 20 feet of it, besides yourself, are affected. “Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. You must actively and obviously use A musical instrument to activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8 with a -3 dice penalty. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the affected targets takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the affected targets will gain Fear of the supernatural as a Trauma. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see The illusion discorporates into a swarm of hooks that dig into the person and attempts to rip their soul apart.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Pictures hanging in a hallway and the fragment of a song: Roll self control to not stop to identify music when it's played.
With his mythical ability he has been granted to pass on the power to items so that he may use them to help himself, slicing his hand open and rubbing his blood across the item turns the weapon both better and more in tune with his god, the gun smelling like rotten flesh, it bubble grows on the weapon and pops despite its metallic appearance, and the occasional drop of blood from it. The guns insides are now a meaty and strong improvement that have replaced its parts and will survive for a while like a parasite to the item but will soon die out and make the weapon worse then before.

For the next day, your target receives 1 extra dice to all actions taken with its intended use.
You may choose a second valid Device target while activating this effect and splice both targets into a single new Device. The newly created item has the same size as the larger of the two initial targets, and can be used to perform the same actions as either of the original items. It receives 1 extra dice to those actions for the next day.
Lilith pulls blood out of her eternal scars, pooling it into the target’s wound. With essence touched by the demi-god Cornelius Valentine, she is able to manifest some of his burgeoning holiness to stitch flesh back together. The wound glows a pepto bismol pink hue as it weaves back together, demonstrating a magic that is not quite Lilith’s own.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must use up 1 liter of blood in order to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Charisma + Medicine at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
If your Outcome is greater than the Severity of the Injury you were attempting to treat, you may apply any excess Outcome to other Injuries on the same patient.
The user touches their target and concentrates on the injuries/scars they want to transfer from/to them. The ring starts to glow with white light and like being liquified the injuries/scars travel towards the ring, make a round through it and end up in the other side's body.
The Greek goddess of curing sickness and healing wounds Aceso was said to have given this ring to a noble follower who wanted to take on warriors' afflictions and heal them while they went back to fight. In later generations, of course, this item would be used for much more selfish goals.

Whenever you transfer an Injury, it's Severity increases by 1. Whenever you transfer Mind damage or Traumas, the recipient takes an additional Mind damage.

The affliction is not treatable by modern medicine. It may be diagnosed by rolling Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6, and can be cured by Tears from the opposite sex.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is eyes turn white. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Through years of practice, the mobster is able to shatter someone's kneecap without much effort.

This Effect activates whenever you receive a Severity 2 or higher Injury from an attack. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Living target within 45 feet. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next minute, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by remorse for hurting such a pure soul. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
Once the werewolf tastes the blood of their prey, there's no escape. Those injured by the beast's claws and teeth are marked with its saliva. Their wounds smell strongly of blood, and it's only a matter of time before the werewolf returns with a vengeance to finish the kill.
This Effect activates whenever a target you have injured with your teeth or claws escapes the range of your unarmed attacks. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is alive and bleeds.

The mad scientist produces thorium cores that can be used to upgrade tools and other devices. The core supercharges the item, increasing its quality and rendering it indestructible for a period. However, once the core runs dry, the object is rendered less useful than it was before. The core crackles with blue electricity while active.
Spend 1 Action and use up this glowing blue disk. Select a non-Alien Device within arm's reach. Cannot be used to improve Armor.
Lasts the next two hours. Your target receives 2 extra dice to all actions taken for its intended use. Attacking with an upgraded weapon grants +2 Weapon Damage instead of additional dice. While it is upgraded, the item cannot be destroyed.
After the Effect ends, any upgraded targets suffer a -2 dice penalty until they are either repaired or upgraded again.
As a free creature, The Fairy cannot withstand being caged or imprisioned in any way. Luckily, they possess a glamour that allows them to unlock any lock binding them with a wink of their eye. The lock falls open with a sparkle of light and a sound like a ringing bell.
