This Artifact allows you to observe things at a distance.
Used by Jacob Sterns, Created by Protean.
On Signature Item Swordbreaker Piercing.
(You are not obviously concentrating when projecting your senses You must use this Artifact obviously when activating this Effect.)

The piercing glows with green light for a moment and the user's eyecolor on that side changes to green for the duration of the effect.

To effectively remove weapons you need to know where they are. The user of this artifact will be able to see through solid matter to find weapons.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

You may perceive things within 75 feet of you with perfect clarity as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next 30 minutes.

You may perceive through up to 15 feet of material. The Difficulty of all Perception rolls made through a wall are increased by 1 per wall.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

Community Project Senses Gifts

Exert your Mind and spend one minute to activate. This Effect cannot be used unless Darkness/Shadows. You must use up Egyptian Beer in order to activate this Effect.

You may perceive things within 1 mile of you as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next five minutes.

Any Perception rolls made through obstacles are rolled at +1 Difficulty.

After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.

Exert your Mind and spend one minute.

You may perceive things within 75 feet of you with perfect clarity as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next 30 minutes.

You may perceive through up to 15 feet of material. The Difficulty of all Perception rolls made through a wall are increased by 1 per wall.

You may only use this Effect once per day.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

This Effect activates whenever someone talks about Margaret. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target Location within 75 feet.

You may perceive things through hearing as if you were standing at that Location for the next five minutes. You may move your senses back and forth between your projected location and your real location without prematurely ending the effect. You may only have one projected location active at a time.

You create a visible manifestation at the Location where your senses are projected which looks like Margret’s shadow looming from behind.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless the area has been investigated or properly mapped out to a thorough degree. You must use up 1 liter of ink in order to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.

You may perceive things within 1 mile of you with perfect clarity as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next 30 minutes.

Others near you may choose to observe what you are perceiving by looking at Luci’s sketchbook.

You may perceive through up to 15 feet of material. The Difficulty of all Perception rolls made through a wall are increased by 1 per wall.

  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

You may perceive things through sight within 75 feet of you as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next 30 minutes.

Any Perception rolls made through obstacles are rolled at +1 Difficulty.

  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

Stock Project Senses Gifts

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target Location within 75 feet.

You may perceive things as if you were standing at that Location. The effect lasts indefinitely but you must maintain Concentration to keep it up. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.

You create a visible manifestation at the Location where your senses are projected which looks like a ghostly image of yourself meditating.

  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

This Effect activates whenever someone talks about you. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target Location within 75 feet.

You may perceive things through hearing as if you were standing at that Location for the next 30 minutes. You must maintain Concentration to keep up the effect. You cannot perceive anything at your physical location while the effect is active.

  • When triggered, the Effect activation resolves immediately after the triggering Action. It is not Reaction speed.
  • You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
  • Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.
